ERGO SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic USA: All orders are sent US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. $6 for first book/video. $4 for each additional book/video. Orders are shipped within two business days of order. Allow one to two weeks for book and video orders, depending on location.
International: All orders sent USPS Air Mail. $11 for first book/video. $5 for each additional book/video. Orders are shipped within two business days of order. Airmail is delivered to all countries. Allow one to two weeks for overseas orders, depending on location.
Printed Documents: There is no shipping charge. Printed documents sent USPS First Class or USPS Air Mail.
eBook's/eDoc's (PDF): If paying online via credit card using Google Checkout or Paypal, your PDF download will be available to download immediately at the conclusion of transaction. Both the "Checkout Success" page and an email message will include the link to download your PDF (email mesage will be sent to the address used to register your account). If you are purchasing via fax, mail, check, money order or e-check you will be sent an email message containing a download link once your payment is processed. Be sure to include a correct email address when ordering download products. (FAQ coming soon with instructions on saving and opening PDF from your hard drive).
ERGO RETURN POLICY
You may return items sold by ERGO within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot exchange items.
ERGO will not make refunds for the return of :
a. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
b. Any book that has obvious signs of use.
c. Any DVD or VHS tape, or recording that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
d. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
